    Co-Founder

    Diana applies her environmental engineering background and comprehensive experience in corporate sustainability to lead the PSC team with co-founder Brittany. She specializes in climate impact accounting and strategy to guide businesses across sectors to enhance their sustainability efforts and instill institutional change. She is committed to fostering continuous forward progress towards ambitious climate goals, grounded in her belief in the compounding power of incremental steps towards a sustainable future.

    Consultant

    With a foundation in technical project management and manufacturing, Hannah offers robust consulting support. Her areas of expertise include goal setting, GHG inventorying, climate modeling, and life cycle assessment. Her approach integrates a system perspective, focusing on embedding environmental strategies within business operations as a crucial measure against climate change.

Passionate about guiding companies on their sustainability journey, Colton specializes in ESG reporting and impact accounting, focusing on enhancing sustainability performance and program growth. He utilizes deep experience in project management to help lead large and complex projects with the goal of making the journey as smooth as possible for clients.

    Senior Analyst

    Surya brings expertise in corporate sustainability, renewable energy transition, and impact investing, helping clients across India, the Middle East, and the US at all stages of their sustainability journey. With a background in decarbonization and renewable energy project development, he holds an MS in Energy & Sustainability from Northwestern University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Law & Policy. He is passionate about advancing sustainable development using data science and technology.

    Analyst

    Kristen has specialized in corporate sustainability and life cycle assessment (LCA). She is passionate about responsible consumption and production of consumer goods and the integration of sustainability and business. She uses her analytical skills to help businesses minimize their environmental footprints and provide data for sustainable decision-making.

    Analyst

    Robin has a background in corporate sustainability, specifically product transparency and circular economy initiatives. She is passionate about helping businesses sort through complex data to find opportunities for sustainable change in their operations. She assists with various data analysis tasks ranging from greenhouse gas accounting, life cycle analysis and sustainability reporting.

Past Openings

Sustainability Intern Summer 2025

Interns will support at least one major client project, with a few smaller scopes or other tasks being assigned throughout the summer term, as needed. Depending on candidate experience and client needs, projects may include greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting, life cycle assessment (LCAs), product carbon footprints (PCFs), or annual corporate reporting, such as CDP reporting.  The intern will likely spend much of their time supporting scope 3 GHG accounting.

GHG Analyst

As a GHG analyst, you will be a key part of PSC’s project delivery team. You will be expected to support client projects and engagements under the guidance and direction of PSC project managers and consultants.
